Privacy Policy

Game Challenger is a collection of offline games for Android, published by Samuele Di Blasio. This policy explains what the app and this website do with information, and what they do not.

The short version. There are no accounts and nothing to sign up for. Your scores, levels and settings are saved on your phone and never sent to us. The only outside services involved are Google's, for showing ads and taking the one-time payment that removes them.

We never ask you for personal information

The app has no accounts, no sign-up and no login. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts or location, and we do not collect them.

What stays on your device

Your scores, levels, daily streak, favourites, achievements and settings are saved only in the app's own storage on your phone. They are not uploaded to us and we cannot read them. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

Playing online with a friend

Most of the app never touches the internet. If you choose to open or join an online room, the app connects to our relay server at gc.samcloud.online so the two devices can pass moves to each other. While that game is running, the server handles:

the nickname you typed for the match and the four-letter room code;
the moves being played, which it forwards to the other player without reading them;
your device's IP address, which any internet connection necessarily reveals.

None of it is written to a database or a file. It is held in the server's memory only while the room exists, and is discarded when the last player leaves. Nothing about an online game is linked to you, because there is no account to link it to.

Advertising

The app shows ads from Google AdMob. To show ads and measure them, AdMob may collect and process your device's advertising identifier, coarse device and app information, and general data about the ads you are shown. We do not receive this information ourselves; it is handled by Google.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Buying Remove Ads stops the banner and interstitial ads. Optional "watch a video to continue" offers remain available only if you choose to tap them.

Purchases

The one-time Remove Ads purchase is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. Payment details go to Google, never to us. The app only records whether the item is owned, so it knows to hide the ads.

This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Its web server keeps ordinary request logs — IP address, time, and the page requested — which are used to keep the service running and to stop abuse, and are not used to build a profile of you. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees the request for the font file.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete. To remove everything the app has stored, uninstall it or clear its storage in Android settings. For the advertising identifier, use the Android settings linked above, or contact Google directly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
